               It wasn’t often that such a simple thing as movement was enough to stir the half-demon from sleep. Hell, a bomb going off was sometimes not enough to wake him. However, upon tiredly blinking and turning his head, breaking a string of drool that had stuck to the pillow from his bottom lip—– He hadn’t expected to be met with the sight of his sensei sliding under the covers with him.

He knew they had to keep an eye on him, but this was ridiculous.

After the initial shock had worn off, he’d fix the woman with a suspicious glare. His tail would wrap around his midsection, so it didn’t get caught beneath her in the night. He didn’t want to wake up to that agony—

                “ If you steal the covers, then I’m making you sleep on the floor–!”

He declared with huff, then turned over and settled back down. Deep down, he was somewhat grateful for that company.
